*Most common queries about 17 multiplication table chart:*

Is it true if I look at a multiplication times table chart will I get better at math?

I'm just wondering. Is it true? @ BOB B What math did you study? HELP: how to do this easy MEAN, MEDIAN, and MODE question? (Using table of values/the easy simple chart?)?

I'm just confused all of a sudden. I know how to find mean, median, and mode, of course, but using this table??? It is in the picture. PICTURE LINK: https://40.media.tumblr.com/63a84e319811dc06111b2c4163b033a7/tumblr_nnrb9fJfR51t61h1io1_540.jpg ALTERNATIVE LINK: https://31.media.tumblr.com/1f2d2335551bc17f4ef3b493e4c3dcd3/tumblr_nnravm7dvw1t61h1io1_540.gif Just look at my answer and see if my way of doing it is correct no need for the exact answers. (Should the MEAN be found by adding the ages*frequency? OR do we just add the frequency up to find the total, and use the total to divide by the number of values? Or is that data*frequency supposed to be another type of question??? I'M CONFUSED, HELP! I'll be really thankful if anyone would help. Basically the teacher just gave us that chart and told us to find the Mean, Median, and Mode. The topic is 'calculating Mean, Median, Mode, and Range, USING A TABLE OF VALUES'. What?????? What's the difference what Please help, thanks! :)If the mean of set of normally distributed data is 14 and the standard deviation is 1.5, which score ..?

(cont) will be in the 17th percentile? p.s. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY DO THIS PROBLEM ,NOT JUST THE ANSWER! THANK YOUHow much is $3.89 tax?

Does this sound like dyslexia?

Basically I have read it can affect your maths ability and I do maths A-level, I got an A at GCSE but this was 3 years ago. In the january exams (we got our results back last Thursday) I was expected an B at least, and I got an E, even my maths teacher looked twice because he was sure it was a miss print (he thought I would get an A). Later he said he had under estimated the gap I have between my understanding of maths (which is very good) and my ability to get it down on paper in a logical manner (which I have never been able to do, especially if their are a lot of steps to do) - does this sound like dyslexia or not? I have done like 8 online tests that can say if I have a high risk of having it, and ALL of them said I do. So I was wondering if I do, could this be the reason behind my maths grade or is that more likely to be something else? What I read about dyscalculia: A condition that affects the ability to acquire arithmetical skills. Dyscalculia learners may have difficulty understanding simple number concepts, lack an intuitive grasp of numbers, and have problems learning number facts and procedures. Even if they produce a correct answer or use a correct method, they may do so mechanically and without confidence. I know & understand how to do maths and I get maths, it is just writing it down (especially under pressure) I copy numbers and signs wrong (especially & - and 5 & 2) I get how you do it and I have a clear understanding of maths, but when I have to write it down and I don't have a calculator (my mental arithmetic isn't great) I mess it up. Which is why I don't think it is dyscalculia.
